It is obvious to me both the President and Eric Holder are cult follower of Hogan’s Heroes. For those not old enough to know about the TV show, it was a comedy, believe it or not, set in a German prisoner of war Camp during WWII. In that show there was a German sergeant in charge of supervising the prisoners. Every time there was a crisis caused by the prisoners, he would walk away saying ‘I know nothing”

Fast forward to the President’s press conference. When asked about the scandals, his response was “he did not know”. Eric Holder at Capital Hill when asked about the AP scandal, responded multiple times ‘I do not know”

Either they are liars, incompetent, or just fanatical followers of Sergeant Schultz of Hogan’s Heroes.

So let me understand……… Resign or Jail
The White House has announced the Acting Director or the IRS is resigning in a week. One of his deputies is also retiring early. All appears to be tied directly to the IRS scandal of harassment of right wing groups. The White House claims it has been determined It was only 2 rouge agents. Let us look at the facts:
1. The Acting Director was already leaving
2. Four IRS agents have already stated they were only following orders from superiors.
3. The actions taken by members of the IRS were in violation of the law. The Hatch Act and discrimination laws for singling out a particular group just to name two.
4. The Administration is promising to fix it not bring those who did it to justice.
Maybe it is because if these agents are charged with crimes they will make a deal and tell us who told them to do it. Fix it? Or is it a cover-up??

So let me understand……… Truth to mourners

Both sides argue over when the Administration knew Benghazi was a terrorist attack. Indications are they knew almost immediately and did a cover-up of the truth. The President claims he called it a terrorist attack almost immediately. Yet for weeks, he and his Administration tried to tie the attack to a video. Thought all this there are two great injustices.

1. How the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, could face the relatives of the four dead Americans in Benghazi telling them it was caused by the video. It is obvious at this time all in the Administration knew full well it was a terrorist attack. The families of those fallen heroes deserved the truth not a political lie.

2. Why the Coptic Christian who shot the anti Islamic video remains in jail for almost a year on a parole violation that was enforced by the Feds. Necessary co-lateral damage in support of their convenient truth?

So let me understand………   who is responsible??
The White House responses to recent are as follows:
1.    Benghazi- we had nothing to do with the changes to the talking points on the causes for the attack in Libya. They was changed from a terrorist attack to an issue over a video
2. Sending troops to save our Ambassador to Libya- we have no knowledge as to who gave the order to stand down the rescue task forces.
3.    IRS targeting conservative groups for additional questioning – We had nothing to do with it- it was low level employees
4.    Justice Department secretly spying on Associated Press reporters telephones- The White House has no knowledge of the spying
Either they are totally incompetent and no one is in charge of this Government or they are lying for political purposes

Congress seems not to care about the economy and how it affects our lives. Let us look at what we pay for their inability to do anything meaningful. Each Congressman or Senator receives:

$174,000 salary
Free car
Free gas
Free parking (even at airports)
Free flights almost anywhere in the world
Per diem travel allowance… up to $3,000 a trip
A month’s paid vacation
3-day work-weeks
Free membership to a top-flight gym
Pension plan and 401K plan
Full retirement benefits (including up to 44% of their six figure salaries) at age 62
Free top of the line health insurance with 10 plans to choose from
Fully covered – even with pre-existing condition
Free staffing both in Washington and in their Home Districts and States

Maybe if we force them to pay for some of these perks and take others away so they can relate to the average persons world, we will see some changes in their attitude.

So let me understand……… Apology Tour II

When President Obama was elected for his first term, one of his first actions was an international tour where he apologized for US actions in the past though out the Middle East. Fast forward to the beginning of his second term and we find ourselves in Mexico. What does he tell the Mexican people?

1. The reason Mexico has an issue with Cartels is our fault since we but the drug products they sell.

2. He apologizes for the deaths of so many of the Mexican people since they were mostly killed by Cartels with US weapons.

Nowhere does he mention the fact under Fast and Furious, it was his Administration that sent thousands of weapons to Mexico in a failed attempt to track them to drug cartels. Nor does mention the number of people the Cartels have hooked on drugs in America.

Instead, maybe he should have suggested a joint military operation to rid the areas of the cartels. This would stop the drug trade, at least temporarily, and save hundreds of Mexican lives.

Work together for the common good or just apologize?

So let me understand………

During Obama’s 1^st term of office he and other Democrats constantly attacked Senator McConnell and other Republicans for saying their number one goal was to make President Obama a “one term” president. They claimed it stopped any possibility of bipartisanship for the good of the Country. The Media supported this concept time after time.

Fast Forward- Now President Obama has been re-elected. He has been saying his number one goal is to make Nancy Pelosi the Speaker of the House again. How can that statement lead to the true bipartisan work he claimed he wanted in his first term of office? Why is that not attacked by the Media as being partisan and not good for the Country?

So let me understand……… The West Coast seems to be losing it with their Liberal Ideologies. For example:

In Washington State they have signed in to law changes in vocabulary designed to eliminate “ the remaining sexist words in our “language” For example:

“Fisherman” is now “fisher”

“Freshman’ is now “first year student”

‘Penmanship” is now “handwriting”

I guess the Woman who sponsored it is now a woperson, not a woman. She cannot be a female- she must be a feperson. Finally, that means they are no longer members of the human race, must be a hupeople. Since Liberals tend to believe competition hurts people as they mature, they would want to drop the word ‘race” and maybe consider using the term “grouping”. So finally the human race becomes hupeople grouping”

Let us not leave out California. Knowing NY lost on the soda size ban, they are proposing a one cent tax on each ounce of soda purchased. Claim the money will be used to fit obesity. With their budget $16 billion in the red, care to bet where that tax money will go?

Even the White House is getting into the name changes. Remember the Ft Hood attack- not a terrorist attack but as the Administration calls it “Work Place Violence”. Before the Boston Bombers were identified, they were not ‘Home grown terrorists” but “Unnamed belligerents”

Is this getting a little silly or does our Culture need to evolve this way?

The President and the Left Are all over the news and TV claiming new Gun Laws are necessary even if it saves just ONE CHILD!!!

Yet these same people are silent over full term abortions where is child is born and then killed as in Philadelphia. Maybe we should at least ban all late term abortions or as they are now being called, post term abortions, JUST TO SAVE ONE CHILD !!!!

So let me understand……… Tax the internet??

The Federal Government is about to pass a law allowing State and local communities to collect sales taxes on items you ordered out of state and have delivered. They argue it levels the playing field for those small businesses that are ‘Brick and mortar” and have to collect and return the tax money to the state/ county/ city they live in. They argue internet business have an unfair advantage since they do not have to collect the tax and thus it contributes to their products being cheaper.

Let us look at the other side of the discussion;

1. It is estimated that a small internet business with a national market would have to track and refund up to 9600 appropriate government entities. (States. Counties and Cities with sales taxes)

2. “Brick and Mortar” small businesses only collect the appropriate taxes for the area they live in and send the money to the state, county or local government agency.

3. Costs will go up for the consumers again as the internet companies have to charge the tax and hire people to manage the sales tax being sent to the appropriate governments and the required forms.

If you think this new law does not really level the field but does hurt the taxpayer/consumer and small business internet owners, please contact your Congressman and Senators asking them not to support this bill.
