This upcoming election is NO JOKE …I for one am tired of being forced to choose the lesser of 2 evils…if we don’t come up with some outstanding and tough candidates….who will actually enforce the laws we have, particularly on immigration…and to uphold the rights of this country…one of which is “under God”…..the other is to maintain outstanding quality of our public schools…..and stop cutting funding to education and teachers….we will rapidly go down to a 2nd rate country ….freedom can only be strong with a well educated public that is patriotic and committed to this country and this country only….ok I’m done!!

Unfortunately political activism invites political opposition. The cost of social activism by religious conservatives is that they make themselves the target of reply. The other side of the coin is true as well, social activism by religious liberals likewise invites a response. I don’t mean to suggest this is a good thing or a bad thing, but rather that it is foreseeable. My religious friends who practice their faith in private never seem to have complaints about opposition; they are left in peace.
